JOB SUMMARY

 

We are seeking experienced, professional Executive Assistants who thrive in a remote environment and enjoy supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners.

This is a remote, part-time 1099 independent contractor position supporting one or more clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (any field)
  • 2+ years of executive or administrative support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Proficient in business tools such as Google Workspace, scheduling platforms, and project management systems

Compensation & Schedule

  • $21 per hour
  • 10–20 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule
  • Referral program

Availability Expectations

  • Must respond to client communication within 2 business hours, Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the client’s local time zone
  • Tasks may be completed at times convenient to you, provided deadlines are met or exceeded
  • Availability for occasional client meetings during standard business hours is required, as agreed upon in advance

Client Matching Process

Each small business we serve has unique operational needs. Before any placement, you will review the client profile and can choose whether to move forward with the partnership.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Inbox management and follow-up
  • Drafting and proofreading documents
  • File organization and data entry

Meeting & Project Coordination

  • Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
  • Taking notes and tracking action items
  • Light project coordination

Operations & Finance Support

  • Expense tracking
  • Bookkeeping assistance
  • Payroll and invoicing coordination

Marketing & Communication

  • Social media posting and monitoring
  • Editing blog posts, emails, and newsletters
  • Customer communication support
