JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, scheduling, and client support across our growing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and client appointments
- Handle emails, follow-ups, and phone communication
- Perform data entry, document organization, and proofreading
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks a plus)
- Support client onboarding and intake processes
- Prepare documents, update files, and maintain digital records
- Provide general administrative support and task coordination
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles
- Strong computer skills: Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
