ABOUT JOB

We’re looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant & Customer Experience Specialist to support daily customer communication, order management, and general operations. You’ll help customers through the full process—from inquiry to delivery—and ensure every project runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias, email, Shopify inbox, and social channels
  • Assist customers with quotes, product questions, and customization details
  • Manage order timelines, artwork approvals, and production updates
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and fulfillment partners
  • Organize files, maintain checklists, and support administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written communication
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or virtual assistant roles
  • Tech-savvy (Shopify, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Able to work quickly and respond same-day to customers

Nice to Have

  • Experience with premium or design-focused brands
  • Familiarity with signage, printing, or basic design tools (e.g., Canva)

Schedule & Pay

  • 10–25 hours/week, remote, with potential to grow
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Pay: $8.00 – $12.50 per hour

Work Location: Remote
