ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual & Personal Assistant to support our team in various administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and great time management skills enabling them to manage office and personal operations efficiently from a remote setting. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for prospective patients.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in office management tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and proofreading.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records.

Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, and or sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Documents.
  • Demonstrated ability in customer support, showcasing effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in office management practices is a plus.
  • Proven ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday evenings
  • Weekends only

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Required)
