2.2 Both Employers and Freelancers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.

3. Payment Methods

Employers and Freelancers are required to submit and maintain a valid payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) to access services or receive payments through the Platform. Both parties are
responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of their payment method details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Either party may cancel the agreement for services at any time. In the event of cancellation, no further payments will be collected, and services will cease.

4.2 All payments made are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in PA2ASSIST.com’s refund policy.

5. Liability and Indemnity

5.1 By using the Platform, both Employers and Freelancers agree to indemnify and hold harmless PA2ASSIST.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from
any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.

5.2 PA2ASSIST.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (UK).

6.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom (UK).
