Our privacy responsibilities
PA2ASSIST.com (“PA 2 ASSIST LTD“) is subject to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The APPs govern how PA2ASSIST.com handles personal information. ‘Personal information’ refers to information or an opinion on an identified individual or someone who may fairly be identified. The Privacy Policy of PA 2 ASSIST LTD applies to any personal information collected and/or stored by the organization. This Privacy Policy also describes how we handle ‘personal data’ concerning individuals in the European Union (EU), as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). - Financial information includes payment account information (for example, PayPal’s email address and physical address) as well as wire transfer information.
- Contact list – email provider’s address book.
- User Generated Content (UGC) – user profile.
- Metadata includes IP addresses, machine and connection information, referring web pages, standard web log information, language settings, and timezone.
- Device information includes the device’s identity, kind, plugins, and hardware capabilities.
- Location refers to one’s GPS location.
- Actions include website views, button clicks, viewing duration, search phrases, and so on.

Access, correct, or download your personal information
You have the right to seek access to the personal information that PA 2 ASSIST LTD has on you. Unless an exemption applies, we must provide you with access to the personal information we have about you within a reasonable timeframe and at no cost. Logging into your account provides access to the majority of your personal information. If you want to obtain information that isn’t available on the platform or download all of your personal information in a portable data format, please contact our Privacy Officer. You also have the right to request that we update any personal information we have on you. All of your personal information may be modified via the user settings pages. If you need help, please contact our customer service. Exercising Your Other Rights You have a variety of additional rights in connection to the personal data that PA 2 ASSIST LTD keeps about you; however, there may be limitations to how you may use these rights. This is mostly due to the nature of the goods and services we provide. Much of the data we gather is used to facilitate contracts between users, facilitate payments, and safeguard legitimate users of our marketplace; these data uses are covered by the rights listed below.
