ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in both professional and personal capacities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a wide variety of responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. This role plays an important part in helping leadership maintain an efficient schedule while ensuring both professional and personal commitments are well coordinated.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $38.00 – $50.00/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide executive support for 4 individuals on the team
  • Provide detailed reminders for upcoming calendar upcoming events (per each executive’s preference)
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, prioritizing messages and responding on behalf of the doctor when appropriate.
  • Coordinate personal logistics and scheduling needs for leadership as needed.
  • Support in managing household tasks, including budgeting, scheduling maintenance, and organizing family logistics.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations at home.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters.
  • Exercise discretion in all interactions and decision-making processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (administration, management, personal assistance).
  • 3+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting healthcare leaders, physicians, or C-suite executives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with personal management tools.
