Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to help support our administrative and customer communication tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping a small business stay organized and run efficiently.
Responsibilities
Tasks may include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, text, and messaging platforms
- Managing and updating CRM/job management software (Jobber)
- Assisting with estimate follow-ups and customer communication
- Scheduling appointments and updating calendars
- Data entry and organizing spreadsheets
- Posting content to social media and Google Business profile
- Assisting with online reviews and reputation management
- Organizing and maintaining digital files
- Supporting marketing and administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating professionally with customers
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours
Preferred Experience
- Virtual assistant or administrative support experience
- Experience with CRM/job management software (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, etc.)
- Social media posting or marketing assistance
- Experience supporting a home service business is a a plus
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
