JOB SUMMARY

 

We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to help support our administrative and customer communication tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping a small business stay organized and run efficiently.

Responsibilities

Tasks may include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, text, and messaging platforms
  • Managing and updating CRM/job management software (Jobber)
  • Assisting with estimate follow-ups and customer communication
  • Scheduling appointments and updating calendars
  • Data entry and organizing spreadsheets
  • Posting content to social media and Google Business profile
  • Assisting with online reviews and reputation management
  • Organizing and maintaining digital files
  • Supporting marketing and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with customers
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours

Preferred Experience

  • Virtual assistant or administrative support experience
  • Experience with CRM/job management software (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, etc.)
  • Social media posting or marketing assistance
  • Experience supporting a home service business is a a plus

 

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
