Job Description

JOB  SUMMARY

Essential Duties & Responsibilities-

Brand Development & Communication (45%)

  • Maintain brand standards and visual identity across all consumer and trade touchpoints.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with alcohol beverage regulations, responsible drinking guidelines, and platform policies.
  • Support integrated content calendar aligned to product launches, seasonal programs, and promotional activations.
  • Support new product launches, limited releases, and promotional programming in collaboration with sales and distributor partners.
  • Assist with development of trade marketing materials, sell sheets, brand decks, and distributor communications, and provide brand voice input to trade materials and point-of-sale assets to be loaded to the Ansira print POS platform.
  • Provide general marketing and operational support across the OSD marketing team.

Digital Marketing (40%)

  • Manage and assist in development and publishing of brand content across website, email, and all social media platforms, in coordination with in-house team members and outside brand agency-of-record and 3rd party web developer.
  • Support senior brand director with coordination of digital marketing initiatives including paid media content, influencer partnerships, SEO, email marketing in coordination with the brand agency-of-record.
  • Provide website backend support, including product page updates, cocktail recipe uploads, landing page builds, event pages, and basic troubleshooting on Shopify backend for all brand websites.
  • Responsible for keeping the Media Library up-to-date with all of the latest Tanteo assets.
  • Support sweepstakes initiatives begin to end, working collaboratively with internal team members.

Project Management (15%)

  • Support Senior Brand Director and other Assistant Brand Manager on all NPD-related items, as needed.
  • NPD marketing coordination – includes trafficking all label creative & approvals, legal approvals, packaging design and print files, and working collaboratively to develop all product launch materials with in-house designer or external agency creative team.
  • Manage project communications with outside suppliers, vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Mutually support other Assistant Brand Manager with any duties across brands.
  • Work collaboratively with the new product planning team to ensure product projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Participate in monthly tastings in Sevierville, TN.
  • Assist Senior Brand Director with any Nielsen data analysis and ad hoc reporting requests from the BI Manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.
  • Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable to shifting business priorities.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and safety standards.
