ABOUT JOB

Responsibilities
- Organize meetings, scheduling, follow up, and document
- Following up with clients via email and phone in a professional manner
- Customer service skills, answering high demand phone calls
- Invoicing and processing credit card information
- Providing daily and weekly sales figures
- Managing calendars, appointments, and placements of crews
- Providing additional general administrative support as necessary
Qualifications
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are necessary
- Strong customer service and communications
- Ability to learn a custom program
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Must be organized
- Knowledge of excel, email, and data entry
- Minimum of seven years experience
- Other duties as assigned
