We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.

This position involves working directly with clients, organizing documents, managing data, and supporting ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and communicate with clients
  • Organize and manage digital files (Google Drive)
  • Enter and track data using Google Sheets or Excel
  • Assist with documentation and reports
  • Follow up on ongoing tasks and projects
  • Support general office operations

Requirements:

  • Basic to intermediate experience with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Reliable and responsible

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
