ABOUT JOB

 

Our client  is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The firm specializes in the acquisition and optimization of high-performing energy assets and operates with a disciplined, hands-on investment approach. This is a high-exposure role suited for a seasoned professional who operates with sophistication, sound judgment, and absolute discretion. The ideal candidate is accustomed to supporting high-performing executives, thrives in a demanding environment, and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise.

Duties

  • Own and manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones with precision
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including private aviation, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners
  • Prepare high-level materials including investor presentations, meeting briefs, and reports
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Handle expense management, invoicing, and light financial coordination
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed, including reservations, appointments, and household coordination
  • Execute special projects with efficiency, accuracy, and minimal oversight

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand setting with composure and professionalism
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanor
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead
  • High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 – $130,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
  • Discretionary bonus potential

Pay: $75,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
