ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The firm specializes in the acquisition and optimization of high-performing energy assets and operates with a disciplined, hands-on investment approach. This is a high-exposure role suited for a seasoned professional who operates with sophistication, sound judgment, and absolute discretion. Duties
- Own and manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones with precision
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including private aviation, accommodations, and itineraries
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners
- Prepare high-level materials including investor presentations, meeting briefs, and reports
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Handle expense management, invoicing, and light financial coordination
- Provide personal assistant support as needed, including reservations, appointments, and household coordination
- Execute special projects with efficiency, accuracy, and minimal oversight
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand setting with composure and professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanor
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead
- High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 – $130,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
