JOB DETAILS
Our client is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Data Entry Assistant. This position plays an important role in keeping daily office operations running smoothly by managing front desk responsibilities, assisting customers and team members, and ensuring records and information are entered accurately.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping the front office running smoothly, assisting customers and staff, answering phones, managing paperwork, and handling data entry with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provide general office support to staff and management
- Enter and update customer, job, and office data accurately
- File, organize, and maintain office records and documents
- Assist with invoices, billing paperwork, and job files
- Respond to emails and route messages as needed
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general clerical tasks
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, office, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
