ABOUT JOB
Our company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a growing Association Management business. This is a part-time, independent contractor position offering 10–12 hours per week with flexible, work-from-home scheduling.
Responsibilities
- General administrative support
- Email management and correspondence (Webmail platforms)
- Data entry and spreadsheet management (Excel)
- Basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and web-based email systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Compensation
- $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 12.0 per week
