JOB  DETAILS

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition targets and overall revenue growth for the business.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are properly tracked, followed up, and converted.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Support onboarding and training of sales team members on systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure the sales team consistently meets or exceeds targets while maintaining high-quality engagement with customers.

 


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or business development.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet customer acquisition targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
