JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition targets and overall revenue growth for the business.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are properly tracked, followed up, and converted.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Support onboarding and training of sales team members on systems, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure the sales team consistently meets or exceeds targets while maintaining high-quality engagement with customers.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or business development.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet customer acquisition targets.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
