Our client  is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • acting as first point-of-contact for customer enquiries
  • building strong relationships with tile shops and partners
  • processing sales orders accurately & efficiently
  • ordering office supplies, packaging and raw materials
  • liaising with interstate teams & assisting with general admin.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous administration or order processing experience essential
  • Confidence using emails, Excel & computer systems
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good time management and organisational skills.

This role will suit someone who communicates confidently and thrives in a fast-paced environment, while genuinely takes pride in accuracy & enjoying customer interaction.
