Your responsibilities will include:
- acting as first point-of-contact for customer enquiries
- building strong relationships with tile shops and partners
- processing sales orders accurately & efficiently
- ordering office supplies, packaging and raw materials
- liaising with interstate teams & assisting with general admin.
What we’re looking for
- Previous administration or order processing experience essential
- Confidence using emails, Excel & computer systems
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and organisational skills.
