ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Compliance Assistant to support daily office operations. Training will be provided for occupational therapy documentation, reimbursement processes, and administrative workflows.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable learning healthcare administrative systems and compliance procedures.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist with office communication
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Organize, scan, and maintain patient/client records
- Assist with data entry and documentation management
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Support chart audits and compliance tracking
- Assist with insurance authorization and reimbursement support
- Communicate with therapists and office staff regarding missing documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Help with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional and dependable demeanor
- Healthcare, billing, or administrative experience preferred but not required
- Training provided
