JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Customer Service
- Maintaining and organising filing systems
- Attention to detail with all work done
- Excel Spreadsheet
- Online bookings
- Data entry
- Assisting in cross workplace communications
- Providing general administrative support to the business needed
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency to meduim level of experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to change and the ability to multi-task at times throughout the day
- A flexible and adaptable team player
