We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant,
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for both general and clerical tasks around the office. This position involves office organization, support, and streamlining day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment and is a multitasking position. The strong candidate must have a positive attitude and energy and is comfortable with flexibility.

Responsibilities for Office Coordinator
- Organize and coordinate daily operations of business
- Interact with Clients and Care Professionals in a polite and professional manner
- Assist onboarding new employees, run criminal background checks and State required documents
- Conduct introductions with Clients and Care Professionals
Qualifications for Office Coordinator
- Proven experience working in a Home Care office setting or doing Home Care
- High proficiency in technology and all Microsoft Office applications
- Competency in managing social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills via Telephone and Email
- Organizational and time management skills
- Great team player
- Enthusiastic and energetic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
