ABOUT JOB

 

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant,

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for both general and clerical tasks around the office. This position involves office organization, support, and streamlining day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment and is a multitasking position. The strong candidate must have a positive attitude and energy and is comfortable with flexibility.

· No weekends! Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour break

Responsibilities for Office Coordinator

  • Organize and coordinate daily operations of business
  • Interact with Clients and Care Professionals in a polite and professional manner
  • Assist onboarding new employees, run criminal background checks and State required documents
  • Conduct introductions with Clients and Care Professionals

Qualifications for Office Coordinator

  • Proven experience working in a Home Care office setting or doing Home Care
  • High proficiency in technology and all Microsoft Office applications
  • Competency in managing social media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills via Telephone and Email
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Great team player
  • Enthusiastic and energetic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
