Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and customer oriented full-time office assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering/screening incoming calls and disseminate information to responsible person.
- Respond to routine enquiries from clients and suppliers and investigates as required.
- Coordinate and schedule clients appointments on the manager’s calendar.
- Scan and digitize documents for electronic filling in document management program.
- Data entry, process and disseminate new account paperwork to related organizations.
- Process incoming mail, FedEx, UPS, hand delivered items, distribute appropriately.
- Process outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent. This is an entry level position.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and become proficient in the use of online CRM (Contact Relationship Management) program.
- Able to work with basic supervision, with initiative, and good judgment.
- Efficient and accurate with details.
- Sensitive, compassionate and positive; good relationship skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team worker. The ability to work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
