ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate recordkeeping, efficient scheduling, and professional client interactions across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and department leaders.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and virtual conferences.
- Prepare, review, and organize business documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and employee record management.
- Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Process data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor office and operational workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate internal communications between departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist with customer service and client support activities as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information.
- Identify administrative improvements that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or business operations experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and standard office software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Experience supporting remote teams is a plus.

Pay: $25.40 – $30.00 per hour
