ABOUT JOB
We are looking for an office assistance to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. Some of the daily duties include excel spreadsheet data entry; billing, filing, answer phones.
Must have the following:
-Excel experience required.
-Must be efficient in typing.
-Basic office practices and basic computer skills.
-2-3 years of office experience.
-Respond to emails.
-Experience with payroll.
-Flexible schedule changes per week; depending on payroll dates.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
