Primary Responsibilities
This position is task-oriented. The Office Assistant will float between departments, assisting with tasks that include but are not limited to the following:
- Data entry
- Preparing marketing materials
- Making confirmation calls
- Organizing inventory and supplies
- Running errands such as shopping or going to the post office
- Digital Filing
- Scanning
- Light cleaning
- Packing and moving supplies and equipment. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
