ABOUT JOB
The Office Administrator serves as a central support role within the company, assisting with customer communication, accounts payable, installation coordination, permitting, warranty registration, and various administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with scheduling installation projects and coordinating with customers
- Process and manage accounts payable invoices
- Prepare and submit permits as required
- Register equipment warranties and maintain related documentation
- Assist with customer records and data entry
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and special projects
- Assist with follow-up communications and customer service requests
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry, etc.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior office administration experience preferred
