Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company’s database as well as day-to-day receptionist duties.
Responsibilities
- Input a high volume of data from multiple sources into the company database.
- Accurately enter customer and account data from various sources into corresponding fields within company database software.
- Review data for discrepancies and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Produce well-written, accurate and informative reports that the reader can easily interpret.
- Assist with answering and directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate team member.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistent, reliable attendance.
Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Data entry experience or office related experience.

Pay $16/hour; increases after a 90-day review

Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
