ABOUT JOB

 

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company’s database as well as day-to-day receptionist duties.

Responsibilities

  • Input a high volume of data from multiple sources into the company database.
  • Accurately enter customer and account data from various sources into corresponding fields within company database software.
  • Review data for discrepancies and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Produce well-written, accurate and informative reports that the reader can easily interpret.
  • Assist with answering and directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate team member.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent, reliable attendance.

Education And Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Data entry experience or office related experience.

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm)
Pay $16/hour; increases after a 90-day review

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
