Job Description
ABOUT JOB
The Receptionist handles the daily administrative duties required of the front desk, as well as assists various department with certain duties. These duties include but are not limited to:
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Maintains security and telecommunications system
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
- Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring logbook
- Answering the phone and directing calls to the proper person/department
- Filing paperwork as needed for accounting and HR departments
- Sending faxes and emails as needed to support HR and accounting departments
- Cleaning and organizing front office and supply closet
Qualifications:
§ Telephone skills
§ Professionalism
§ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
§ Organizational, verbal and written communication skills required
§ Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
§ At least 2 years of experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
