ABOUT JOB

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role is vital in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to handle diverse responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, schedule virtual meetings and phone calls with principal executive and team members
Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Maintain and update corporate software portal and data entry records, and ensure accurate document management

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities professionally.
Technical proficiency in office management tools including multi-line phone systems and productivity software
Prior experience as an executive assistant or senior level administrator a plus.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Demonstrated accuracy in computer software interaction and familiarity with scheduling software.
