Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We are seeking an organized, motivated, and personable self-starter to assist the owner of a fast-paced real estate company . This role involves a mix of personal and business-related tasks and requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate is responsive, resourceful, and able to think quickly on their feet. Strong communication skills are essential, many parts of the role involve speaking with clients, vendors, and business contacts via phone and email. No prior real estate experience is not required.
Qualifications
· Prior in-office experience required
· Tech-savvy; comfortable with Google Workspace, Dropbox, Zoom, and on-demand apps
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (or willing to learn)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Motivated, assertive, and energetic self-starter
· Strong problem-solving skills; able to work well under pressure
· Ability to take direction and follow through on all tasks until finished
Key Responsibilities
· Scheduling all meetings and appointments
· · Answering phones and handling general administrative/secretarial duties
· Corresponding by phone and by email
· Printing, scanning, faxing, and emailing documents
· Maintaining spreadsheets and assisting with basic administrative tracking
· Driving to meetings as needed
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a real estate environment while gaining hands-on exposure to executive operations.
