- Base: Up to $66,000/year
- Performance bonus: up to 10% of base, paid monthly

Role Overview
Puffy is a Top 5 U.S. mattress brand with over $1 Billion in sales. This role serves as the CEO’s strategic lifestyle coordinator — the connection point between vision and reality across all personal operations.
You’ll orchestrate flawless execution across experience curation, strategic sourcing, provider network development, and proactive personal operations, ensuring the CEO’s personal affairs run on autopilot while building systems that ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in concierge services, lifestyle management, hospitality, or executive/personal assistant roles where you’ve demonstrated exceptional execution
- Master researcher with an ability to quickly identify and vet high-quality providers, products, and solutions
- Resourceful problem-solver who thrives on challenges and finds solutions where others see obstacles
- Exceptional communication skills with the polish to represent a CEO in all interactions with premium service providers
- Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors or missed follow-ups
- Strong network-building skills and comfort interfacing with luxury and high-end service environments
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in G-Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Flexible mindset with availability for occasional evening/weekend coordination
Good-to-Have:
- Established network of trusted premium service providers
- Experience with Asana or project management tools
- Background in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or family office environments
- Additional languages that expand access and relationship-building
