JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Administration & Office Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
This is a part-time role, working 3–4 days per week. We offer flexibility in how these hours are structured across the week, including the possibility of school hours (9:00 am–3:00 pm) for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and office operations.
- Perform accurate data entry and invoice processing.
- Prepare standard quotes
- Support the logistics team with product labelling and dispatch as required.
- Assist the management team with a range of administrative and organisational tasks.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, confident in managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
About You
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or office coordination role.
- The ability to learn new tasks quickly and develop a strong understanding of our product range.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
