ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is seeking a part time Receptionist and Administration Support Officer to manage office tasks, handle enquiries and maintain daily operations. Must be conversant with Xero.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in administration or office support roles.

The job is for two days per week -Monday and Friday, 10am to 2pm

The office consists of two staff therefore applicant must be able to fill in for 5 days per week during holidays or sick leave. Office hours are Mon. – Fri. 10am to 2pm.

Intermediate level proficiency in Xero accounting software is required for this position.
