Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a permanent full-time or part-time Administration Assistant. The role will primarily involve calling new inquiries to obtain details, answer questions about our services and schedule appointments. The role will also involve the following duties as required:
- Data entry and electronic filing
- Drafting and formatting documents
- Opening and closing electronic files
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Contacting existing clients on behalf of lawyers
- Diary management
- Providing general administrative support to the team
The Skills
The following skills are essential:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour
