Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative & Transaction Coordinator to oversee listing documentation, MLS management, lease agreements, and purchase contracts.
Key ResponsibilitiesListing Management
- Prepare and process listing agreements for residential sales and lease properties
- Ensure all required disclosures and addendums are completed and signed
- Coordinate seller documentation and verify property information
Administrative Support
- Maintain CRM updates and client database accuracy
- Schedule showings and coordinate appointments
- Prepare documents for e-signature platforms (Dotloop, Skyslope, etc.)
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and transaction management platforms
Pay: $15.00 – $24.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
