JOB DETAILS
This is a varied position that requires someone who can work independently, think ahead and take ownership of tasks. You won’t be waiting to be told what to do—you’ll be someone who identifies what needs attention and gets it done. Casual hourly rate- $45ph
Duties may include:
- Customer service and client communication
- Preparing invoices and following up outstanding accounts
- General bookkeeping and account reconciliation
- Payroll preparation and administration
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Scheduling and job administration
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Maintaining business records and documentation
- Assisting with business systems and process improvements
- General administration and office management
About You
The successful applicant will:
- Have previous experience in business administration, bookkeeping or office management.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Be confident using computers and learning new software.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a self-starter with initiative and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Be trustworthy, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Have a suitable home office with reliable internet and be able to work without ongoing interruptions during rostered hours.
Experience with Quickbooks accounting software preferred.
