ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is seeking a dynamic, friendly and highly organised Administration & Office Support professional to join our busy and growing small business.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You will be supporting a team that works with a wide range of clients including local and state-wide builders, developers and investors.

In a world increasingly driven by automation and AI, we strongly believe that genuine, responsive customer service is what builds lasting professional relationships.

This is a part-time role (minimum 3 days per week) with the potential to increase hours over time. Our preferred working days are Wednesday to Friday.


Role Responsibilities

The position includes a variety of administrative and client support tasks including:

  • Managing inspection bookings
  • Responding to client enquiries via phone and email
  • Data entry and processing documentation
  • Supporting our building inspectors with administrative coordination
  • Preparing approval documentation
  • Managing general correspondence and client communication

Key Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Ability to confidently manage a high volume of calls and emails
  • Strong ability to build professional relationships with clients and deliver high-level customer care
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
  • Ability to process data quickly and accurately
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience using a variety of software and administrative systems
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
