About the Role
This is a varied administration role where you’ll play a critical part in supporting client matters, maintaining records, coordinating documentation and ensuring the business operates efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and issuing client agreements and correspondence
- Managing client files and records with exceptional accuracy
- Coordinating and organising documentation for visa applications
- Maintaining databases, workflow systems and client records
- Assisting with compliance and quality assurance processes
- Supporting invoicing and accounts administration activities
- Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency
- Providing outstanding administrative support across the business

Experience Required
- Previous solid experience in administration and office support roles
- Strong experience managing documentation and records
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Confidence using databases, CRM systems and document management systems
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
- Experience in migration, legal or professional services is advantageous but not essential
