We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities,
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and route messages accurately
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and event coordination
  • Perform clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients or visitors with inquiries and support needs in person or over the phone

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support role preferred; experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with bookkeeping or basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks is advantageous
  • Excellent time management skills coupled with attention to detail for proofreading and accuracy in documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.66 per hour
