JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant to support a Financial Advisor with daily administrative and client service tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional on the phone, and comfortable managing spreadsheets and client communications. The assistant will help ensure smooth operations by coordinating information, following up with companies, and keeping clients informed about upcoming appointments.
Position Type:
Part-time or full-time (flexible depending on availability)
Compensation:
$53,000
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize spreadsheets used to track client information, applications, and follow-ups
- Call insurance and financial service companies to obtain updates on client applications, policies, and processing status
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients via phone, text, or email
- Help track pending cases and update internal records accordingly
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the advisor’s calendar
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation from company calls and client interactions
- Support general administrative tasks to keep the office organized and efficient
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients and company representatives
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional and dependable
