The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in managing office tasks, supporting team members, and ensuring efficient handling of client files and communications. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and organize digital files and documents (Google Drive, client folders, etc.)
* Handle incoming emails and route communications appropriately
* Assist with setting up and maintaining customer files
* Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
* Support adjusters and team members with administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data is up to date
* Answer phone calls and assist with client inquiries
* Perform general office duties as needed

**Qualifications**
* Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

* Professional and reliable
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in insurance, claims, or adjusting industry (a plus, not required)
