ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across  our companies. This role is critical in maintaining efficiency, communication, and execution within a fast-paced, growth-driven, fun environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and thrives in a high-performance culture where excellence and accountability are the standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the entire team
  • Coordinate meetings, Zoom calls, and event logistics (including trainings and industry events)
  • Handle email correspondence and ensure timely, professional communications
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, partners, and certified installers
  • Support marketing initiatives with administrative coordination (email campaigns, contact lists, text messaging and other marketing programs etc.)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, power points and internal documents
  • Track tasks, projects, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide customer service support and act as a professional point of contact
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries when needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar roles
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Professional in phone etiquette
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the business, customer service, or service industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing platforms
  • Understanding the use of Facebook – Instagram – Tik Tok etc.
  • Experience supporting leadership or executive-level teams

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
