ABOUT JOB
Our Company is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and keep the business running efficiently behind the scenes.
This role is critical to maintaining organization, communication, and accuracy across multiple areas of the business. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive—with a good attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize internal documents, spreadsheets, and systems
- Assist with data entry and inventory tracking
- Support scheduling, communication, and coordination across teams
- Handle basic reporting and operational tracking
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee records
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Identify inefficiencies and help improve processes
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel
- Administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required
