ABOUT JOB

 

Our company urgently seeks a , part-time, administrative assistant to help our founder / director with ongoing administrative tasks.

The position is remote

Core Responsibilities:

  • Writing emails and making phone calls related to the ongoing work of the organization;
  • Facilitating communication with team members around the world;
  • Setting up phone/ Zoom appointments;
  • Basic social media work, such as updating info on our pages;
  • Updating and maintaining lists, files and spreadsheets, online and offline;
  • Maintaining Board meetings’ minutes and doing basic filings;
  • Conducting basic research online.

Desired Qualifications and Personal Characteristics:

  • Must be super organized and meticulous, with great attention to details;
  • Great computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, Google Drive, Zoom;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong writing skills, including emails, social media posts, meetings’ minutes, and other documents;
  • Basic knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube);
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and successfully manage tasks, priorities and time;
