ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day administrative operations remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage all incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field crews
- Input and track dump slips and material receipts
- Maintain job tracking sheets and project documentation
- Prepare invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and project updates
- Support general office operations and filing
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in computer systems and data entry
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with construction or field service industries a plus
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup required
Compensation: $18-$23/hour depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
