ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a Front Office Administrator to join our team!
You would be communicating with external companies by the phone and email to take work orders, enter tickets into the tracking software, and provide them with excellent Customer Service!
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Manage calendar and job scheduling.
- Answer inbound telephone calls and email correspondence to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with client/ticket tracking software, or CRM Software.
- Computer literacy with Windows OS, typing speed at least 35wpm.
- Ability to multitask while staying organized,
- Great time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a smaller, family scale office operation.
- Experience working in construction or other office service based industries is a plus.
